Cooperative Research

Ground-breaking research is the heart of the Center. Industrial partners can sponsor an individual faculty member's research on a contractual or philanthropic basis.

Philanthropic Support

Recruiting top undergraduate and graduate students-as well as top-flight faculty-requires a strong public/private partnership. Competition for the best students and faculty is fierce; scholarships, fellowships and other forms of philanthropic support enable the Center to attract those who may not come to the Center otherwise. By providing these gifts, industrial partners create a relationship with the student or faculty member that can benefit each party.

Advisory Board

Interaction with industry leaders plays a crucial role in determining new directions for the Center and pursuing new avenues of research. Membership on each board is by invitation, ensuring a diverse mix of companies and viewpoints.

Visitor Program

Industry partners may send visiting researchers to work with Center's faculty and students.

Seminar Series

NSC sponsors bi-monthly network-related seminars featuring prominent researchers, practitioners, and entrepreneurs from all over the world.
